FEES
Intakes: $160
Individual and family sessions
50 minutes: $140
Payment: Cash, Master Card, and Visa
CANCELATION POLICY
Sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance. If sessions are not covered, a $100 fee will be assessed for the cancelation.
INSURANCE
Therapy sessions may be covered in part or full by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I can provide you with an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for possible third-party reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement will be dependent upon your health insurance plan.
